CTS Toner Supplies has prepared a FAQ’s sheet for its customers talking about its contingency plans regarding the COVID-19 epidemic.
As China brings the virus under control and it continues to escalate in many other countries self-isolating in one of the key measures in play to contain the virus. Working from home during self-isolation periods will grow and will that create a new work dynamic.
The CTS back office, including emails etc, are hosted in a web hosted environment that enable the CTS staff top work remotely. Key personnel have all the necessary technology in their homes keeping the CTS service running for all customers.
Talking stock availability, CTS Toner Supplies said: “We had forward forecasted increase stock levels at the end of 2019 due to Chinese New Year shutdown, we use our manufacturing partners European distribution warehouse for stock infill and we have consignment stock at our bulk warehouse to feed from should there be a need. We are adequately stocked.”
