Toshiba America Business Solutions today awarded 52 of its authorised resellers the exclusive status of Toshiba ProMasters Elite Certified Dealers for 2020.
This distinction recognises Toshiba resellers who meet and exceed the company’s rigorous requirements for customer support success.
Toshiba’s ProMasters Elite Certification programme specifically measures authorised resellers across three areas critical in delivering a high-quality customer experience: Exceptional service, training and customer support.
Toshiba conducts the recertification of each Toshiba Elite dealer on an annual basis.
