Xerox looks to capture SME business with a two-month free trial of their DocuShare Flex cloud-based business content and document workflows platform.
Targeted at businesses looking at keeping remote teams productive the Xerox deal is offering DocuShare Flex free for 60 days, with a 5 or 25 concurrent user package without any upfront financial commitments. After 60 days, you can choose to continue using the software or simply delete your account.
DocuShare is a secure cloud-based content management solution designed for large and small businesses and is designed to help companies digitize, automate and manage their content and business processes securely from any location, using any device.
According to the getapp website pricing for Docushare starts at $2,000 (€1,850) per month, so it is not cheap and for small businesses, there are other options available.
Mordor Intelligence reports that the global document management market was worth $4.9 billion (€4.5 billion) in 2019 and is set to double by 2025.
