HP’s customers in India can now register online for service calls and appointments.

The service called “Contactless Service on Wheels” has been expanded to 25 cities and is currently available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Noidaand Ghaziabad. HP India has expanded the service to enable its technicians to continue to deliver the service, during the current social distancing times.

Customers register online for their appointment for repairs, installations and service calls. The technicians pick up customer devices on location, and if it is a small issue, repair devices in the back of the van. Once done, the devices are handed back to customers – all contactless. Major repairs get done back at the service centre and devices will be delivered back as soon as its done.

The Telegana Today reported that “the HP technicians in the vans follow all health and safety guidelines, while bringing service delivery closer to home.”
