Promax: Business as usual

Promax Imaging owners confirm it is business as usual.

Following our recent story that Promax may be closing, the owners contacted us to confirm they were very much doing business as usual, supplying inks and consumables to their customer base.

The story was triggered when the United Kingdom’s Companies House issued the first “Strike Off” notice on 27 October 2020.  This is normally issued when a company fails to submit statutory accounts (overdue since March 2020) or the annual confirmation statement which according to Companies House has been overdue since February 2020.

Chris Brookes, a Director of Promax Imaging spoke to The Recycler from France where he is in COVID-19 lockdown and confirmed that their statutory accounts and the annual confirmation statement had been submitted and was contacting Companies House to have the public fining corrected.

Brooks went on to assure customers that the company is open for business and the staff are operating according to the latest guidelines. The company has plenty of stock and the team are safe and well and shipping orders on a daily basis.
