The research and consulting company announced that Future Assist Co. Ltd as its newly appointed Japanese agent.
After the retirement of its previous Japanese agents JDS Company Ltd., Lightwords has welcomed its new agents, Future Assist Co. Ltd under the leadership of Masahiko Ikeda.

Masahiko Ikeda has more than 35 years of experience in the imaging industry. He worked for Fuji Xerox, Lexmark International and Photizo Group mainly, involving Printing, AI, PC and Digital Transformation areas like the IT related field as head of Japan operation, sales and marketing, consultant. He established Future Assist Co., Ltd in Tokyo last year and consulting related to DX, Printing and HR Tech business are promoted as a CEO. He has been engaged as LightWords exclusive Japanese agent effective from October 2020.
