New website for Kyocera America

As part of the organisation’s transformation, Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. has launched an entirely new website.

Kyocera is planning on using the experience of its team to create valuable content which will form part of the Insights Hub available within the website. Here, the latest trends and developments within the document solutions market will be analysed and discussed, to give users a view into the most up-to-date technology and tools for their businesses.

The website also features new usability features, enabling anyone to locate the information they need in a few quick and easy clicks. With a designated product section covering the company’s product portfolio of hardware, software and IT solutions featuring specifications and details on printers, MFPs and more, it accompanies a new-look Download Centre to access any drivers or product manuals.

Essentially for Kyocera, one of the other major new features is a brand-new area for its partners to access a gated portal. Dealers can now manage all their information directly and also gain more from their relationship with Kyocera, benefitting from updates, technical support and announcements directly via the website.

“This launch is an essential step in the transformation of our organization,” explained Kyocera Document Solutions America’s President and CEO, Óscar Sánchez. “We are preparing for change at every level of our business, and a key part of that comes from our website, which is the first impression that we make on many of our partners, customers and employees. Having a website that displays our success and experience is fundamental to our transformation.”

The new website uses the very latest technology in the form of Adobe Experience Manager to provide a platform which allows Kyocera to adapt their website design with personalised features to get the very best out of the tool.

“Through this project, we’ve worked to provide one central site which exceeds the expectations of all our stakeholders by providing expert insight, the latest information on our industry and valuable tools for our employees, partners and potential customers,” said José María Estébanez, Vice-President of Corporate Marketing.

”This project is a milestone in how we communicate on digital platforms. As our organizational transformation continues, this will provide us with the firm foundations that we require in order to work towards our ambitious goals with a digital presence which matches our aim of providing value to our stakeholders,” Estébanez added.
