The company has recently announced new additions to its product portfolio for use in various HP, Kyocera and Ricoh devices.
One of the latest additions to HYB Toner’s product portfolio are remanufactured fuser units for use in HP LaserJet 1022/1022N/1022NW machines. Now also available are remanufactured fuser units for use in Kyocera Ecosys M2040dn/M2635/M2635dw/M2540dn/M2540dw/M2640dw/M2640idw/M2735dw devices.
Recently, HYB released their new replacement primary charge rollers for photoconductor units of Ricoh colour copiers, which were produced with their most advanced non-contact charging technology, the company explained.
HYB Toner added: “The common headache for most of the remanufacturers who are rebuilding Ricoh Photoconductor Units for MPC series is that lifetime of PCR can’t meet their requirement and it caused higher frequency of replacement and cost. Especially for medium-high speed machines like Ricoh MP C5503/6003.
“To perform the maximum result of the PCR, we must firstly assure good quality toner to be used as this is one of the key factors that affect lifetime of the PCR.”
With this in mind, according to HYB’s testing, the company has completed 400,000 pages with its new technology and said that it can now offer its new replacement PCR which comes with a 255,000 page yield for use in the above-mentioned Ricoh MP C5503/6003 devices.
