LD Products earns Bizrate Platinum Award

For the fifteenth year, LD Products earned the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Platinum badge for best-in class customer service. 

Reserved for a select number of top-rated retailers, the Bizrate award is major badge of honour for online businesses, LD Products explained. To achieve a platinum rating, a retailer needs to receive at least a 9.0 out of 10 on eight points of service. 

Bizrate helps facilitate and manage online reviews for top brands through post- purchase feedback surveys and each brand is graded on essential service areas like customer support, shipping and returns.

This year, LD Products received an overall satisfaction score of 9.2 out 10, earning high scores in all major categories.
