HYB’s Service Vacuum certified with KC Mark in Korea

Developed and manufactured by HYB, its Service Vacuum Model XC-168 was launched in October 2019 and has now received the Korean Certification mark (KC mark).

This means that XC-168 vacuum and its components has been qualified after comprehensive testing done by appointed authority in Korea.

KC certification, or Korea Certification, is primarily about demonstrating the conformity of products to Korean safety standards, called K Standards. In 2009 the government of South Korea decided to introduce the KC Mark and to replace the previous 140 different test marks.

The KC Mark and the corresponding KC Certificate are similar to the European CE mark (HYB’s XC-168 vacuum is also a product with CE mark) and is valid for 730 different products such as automotive parts, machines and many electronic products. This test mark confirms that the product meets the relevant Korean Safety Standard.

HYB said its authorised distributor in Korea, MNG Company already started to arrange import of their first shipment to Korea. MNG has been distributing toner and components from HYB since 2018.
