Callstat Solutions accuses HP of patent infringement

Callstat Solutions accuses HP of patent infringement, filing its complaint in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas Waco Division.

Callstat Solutions LLC (Callstat) accusing HP Inc, (HP) of patent infringement alleging that HP is directly infringing its United States Patent No. 6,130,761. Callstat alleges that “numerous other devices that infringed the claims of the ’761 Patent have been made, used, sold, imported, and offered for sale by the Defendant and/or its customers.”

The complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas Waco Division, and Callstat is asking for jury trial and is looking for “all appropriate damages under 35 U.S.C. § 284 for Defendant’s past infringement at least with respect to the ’761 Patent.”
