Huawei enters printer market

On 13 September, at the New Office Product Launch Conference, Huawei launched its first Smart Printer, the PixLab X1.

The Huawei PixLab X1 printer is priced at ¥1,899 ($295/ €250) and supports two cartridges which are priced at ¥99 ($15/ €13) and another higher capacity cartridge at ¥299 ($46/ €39). The appearance of this smart printer is simple yet stylish.

The head has a suspension design, which provides a more futuristic look. This new printer comes with various new remote features enhanced by HarmonyOS operating system. The touch panel remains hidden until you tap on the black screen surface and awake the printer.

The PixLab X1 uses a high-speed engine that can print up to 28 pages per minute. The printer also supports automatic duplex printing, all-in-one printing, copying and scanning, and colour scanning support up to 1200 dpi resolution.

Furthermore, the PixeLab X1 uses a drawer-type toner cartridge that you can replace in two steps.
