Brother UK has won PC Pro’s Best Printer Manufacturer of the year accolade for the eighth year in a row.
The technology solutions provider secured an overall score of 87%, outperforming HP, Cannon and Epson across the board, including a 7% margin ahead of Epson in the value-for-money category.
The annual awards are judged on the results of a comprehensive three-month survey of PC Pro readers to rate products and services released over the past 12 months. The devices are assessed on a range of criteria, from quality to reliability.
Brother UK achieved a print quality score of 92%, which was unchanged on its high score from the previous year. The company also performed well in the categories for reliability (90%), print speed (87%) and customer support (73%).
Russell Brown, head of SOHO business unit at Brother UK, said: “We’ve been by the side of our customers ensuring they have the reliable technology they’ve needed to work productively and efficiently, helping them to bounce back from the challenges of the last 18 months.
“Many customers have also been facing major change in their respective industries and we’re pivoting our portfolio of solutions to help them meet their needs in this new world of work. For example, we’re reshaping our A4 inkjet line-up to help meet the needs of increasingly decentralised workforces based in small and home offices – led by the introduction of our brand-new Mini Business range.”
