The company has added a new patented solution for use in HP LaserJet M110w series devices.
In November 2021, HP launched LaserJet M110w series printers (W1410A) ideal for practical business people working from home with limited work place. HP claims that “it’s the world’s smallest laser in its class designed for efficient performance. Maximise your uptime with print speeds up to 21 ppm. Smartly and elegantly designed, so it’s simple and intuitive to use. ”
Recently, Canon filed several “infringement report forms” with Amazon that resulted in the takedown of third-party cartridges, claiming infringement of its European Patent EP3470931B1 (EP ‘931). This patent covers a family of cartridges like HP W1410A, W1420A, W1500A, CF244A, and 248A.
G&G has introduced a new solution that is a patented workaround for Canon’s EP ‘931 patent. The company said that it is “first to market” and its new solution offers “stable and outstanding printing performance” and as a “patented solution avoids marketplace takedowns”.
