The company has reflected on events and activities in the first quarter of 2022.

The Katun EMEA Management Team held the 2022 Connect & Recharge Sales Kick Offs at the start of the year with the entire business unit. Due to restrictions, the planned local meetings were converted to Teams meetings during the month of January.

The company explained that the Connect & Recharge theme re-affirms its ambition to stay connected to customers, the market and the team, whilst recharging everyone with new products, new services, expanding communication in all markets and general optimism about the future of the Company and the Market.

The year 2022 will also see the expansion on the Connect & Recharge Conferences, with the first already taken place in Dubai on 21/22 March with Katun Distributors from Middle East and Africa. The conference was Katun’s second customer event, with the first being held in Budapest last October.

“It was a great pleasure to reconnect and have such productive discussions with our valued Distributor partners about Katun’s 2022 Business plans including Katun’s sustainable business practices and ever-expanding environmentally friendly products, including the recently launched Recycled Plastic cartridges for use in selected Konica Minolta and Kyocera devices,” said Cinzia Gandini, Katun EMEA Marketing Director, of the customer events.

Katun EMEA is quickly expanding the sales organisation in Europe, with three new hires in UK and two in Italy already in 2022. The teams will continue to build on the success of 2021 by remaining focused on winning new customers and working closely with existing customers to support their businesses as they face higher costs and tighter supply in the market.

Customers can expect refreshed marketing materials as Katun plans an exciting Q2-2022, including news on Katun’s environmental mission and Policies and the expansion of the recycled plastic cartridge range, the waste toner container portfolio, and the range of remanufactured A3 and A4 toners. Katun EMEA’s KDFM (Katun Dealer Fleet Management) solutions portfolio continues to expand with new features for existing products and the addition of new products to the portfolio. Katun added that it will continue on this path throughout the year.
