Milner announced it has achieved the Managed Print Certified accreditation from the Managed Print Services Association, the independent, not-for-profit association for the managed print industry.
Managed Print Certified is an industry credential that signifies the recipient’s adherence to best practices for technology service delivery and customer interaction.
“Milner has long stood as a premier provider of true managed print services for its customers,” stated West McDonald, President of the Managed Print Services Association. “The addition of the Managed Print Certified Credential to their programme further demonstrates their commitment to excellence for their customers.”
The Managed Print Certified accreditation was developed in collaboration with industry experts and leaders to identify businesses that have made a commitment to the highest levels of integrity and sustained quality service for managed print services (MPS).
To earn the accreditation, organisations are evaluated on the internal practices and procedures used to run their managed print business and the external activities and operations they engage in with customers and prospects.
