Ricoh Europe has won the Logitech Partner of the Year award in recognition of what the company says is “its unrivalled ability to integrate Logitech products into its B2B portfolio.”
The partnership is built on Ricoh’s ability to create fully enabled meeting rooms and collaboration spaces utilising Logitech’s video conferencing solutions, such as cameras, user interface devices, microphones, peripherals and accompanying services. These are configured by Ricoh to work seamlessly with end user’s preferred video platform, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Logitech Select, an enhanced service that supports all Logitech equipment within the room, is a key component of Ricoh’s managed service offering and has helped to accelerate the partnership’s growth.
