Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Reprographic Products Group, Inc. (dba RPG Squarefoot Solutions) and its owners Laura and Mark Kadonoff on the purchase of assets of Digital Color Ink, LLC.
RPG Squarefoot Solutions, headquartered in Laurel Maryland, with branch offices in Arlington Virginia and Norristown Pennsylvania, is owned and operated by Laura and Mark Kadonoff. RPG is a technology solutions provider for the construction industry.
RPG has provided Construction Technology services and solutions for Architects, Engineers, Designers, Contractors, and Facility Owners for over 30 years. RPG’s products and services include 3D laser scanning, drone data capture, construction asset and building information management, virtual reality architectural design, mobile jobsite connectivity solutions, IT network management, wide-format printers and scanners, and equipment fleet management and maintenance.
Digital Color Ink, LLC, located in Jessup, Maryland with a branch office in Charlotte North Carolina, was founded in 2002 by Jay Udovich and Carew Alley, and was owned and operated by Jay Udovich, Carew Alley and Steve Mills. Digital Color Ink provides customers with graphics printing solutions, graphics printing equipment including wide-format devices, and related graphic supplies.
