Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute, for a sixth consecutive year, in recognition of its exceptional employee offerings.
As a globally recognised certification process, being named as a Top Employer underlines Konica Minolta’s commitment to offer the best employee experience and attract and retain industry-leading talent, the company said.
The company explained: “Konica Minolta’s commitment to its employee experience includes a range of initiatives focused on the evolving workspace and changing needs and expectations of employees. Konica Minolta also supports initiatives that create a fully inclusive workplace for all.
