ECI Software Solutions has been certified by Great Place to Work for the fifth year in a row in the U.S. and for the second year in row in Canada, U.K., Belgium and Australia.

The company was also officially certified as a Great Place to Work in the Netherlands for the first time, expanding its global footprint as an employer of choice.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience at ECI.

As a global company, ECI’s mission statement, core values and global corporate goals form the building blocks of its international culture. With an aggressive growth strategy, the company said it has promoted a culture of transparency and recognition across its global team since it was founded over three decades ago.

This commitment ties back to the origin of the company’s core values that guide all of ECI’s processes: Crave greatness, Own the outcome, Deliver awesome and Embrace community (“CODE”). The values not only extend to providing customers with the best possible solutions, but also to providing a great workplace for employees.

“It’s an honour to be recognised once again as a Great Place to Work here in the U.S. and to add the Netherlands to our group of international certifications,” said Andrew Pryor, Chief Human Resources Officer, ECI. “Our employees are the foundation to our business and the reason for our continued success over the years. As part of this, we remain committed to investing heavily in the employee experience to make ECI a great place to work. Knowing this feedback comes directly from employees validates the work we have been doing to cultivate a positive and inclusive culture across our global footprint.”
