The company comments that one of the key highlights is the integration of Microsoft Teams with DocuWare, enabling seamless communication and document sharing between the two platforms. Enabling employees to exchange and store documents without constantly switching between programs, streamlining business processes and increasing productivity.
The new version also introduces DocuWare Forms, allowing users to build forms with real-time calculations without any coding. This feature is particularly useful for tasks like travel expense reports and purchase orders, saving valuable time for accounting professionals.
This version also enhances mobile workflows by supporting index tables on mobile devices. Users can now approve, modify, and assign individual items within invoices directly from their mobile devices, ensuring smooth business continuity even while on the go.
