Kofax announced the appointment of Peter Hantman as its new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In this strategic leadership role, Hantman will be instrumental in steering Kofax through its next phase of growth and technological innovation, the company explained. With a focus on operational excellence and driving business results, Hantman will oversee key areas of the company’s go-to-market functions, including sales, services, strategy and marketing.

Hantman joins Kofax from e2open, a publicly listed SaaS supply chain management company, where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer. During Peter’s 12 years with e2open, he played a key role in scaling the company through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. During his tenure at e2open he oversaw sales, services, operations and served as CFO for several years, driving the successful integration of acquired companies.
