Thorsten Kapp is the new marketing manager at Epson Deutschland GmbH.

He succeeds Sascha Surbach, who led the department on an interim basis in addition to his role as Head of E-Marketing EMEAR. In his new position, Kapp develops, coordinates and implements Epson’s marketing campaigns for the DACH region.

He is supported in his work by the Channel Marketing B2B, Channel Marketing B2C and PR & Social Media teams. He reports to Maria Eagling, Marketing Communications Director at Epson Europe. The 56-year-old comes from Ubisoft GmbH, where he managed DACH brand marketing and the Gamescom trade fairs for 25 years.

Kapp said of his new role: “Epson is an attractive technology group that operates in many interesting areas and finds its customers in all industries and areas thanks to a variety of efficient, sustainable solutions. Epson’s great diversity offers a broad and exciting field of activity in which I can put my experience and skills to good use.

“I’m really looking forward to the new challenge and close, successful collaboration with my team and the other teams. Together we will develop a series of effective actions to further expand Epson’s success in the market.”
