The company has sold its French warehouse, as it looks to move into new premises this year.

European office equipment supplier ADVEO has officially closed the sale of its French subsidiary’s warehouse. ADVEO France will continue to operate out of the facility at Compans as a leaseholder, whilst a new logistics centre is constructed nearby, with completion slated for November of this year.

The warehouse was sold to IDI Gazeley, a privately held real estate investment trust, for €8 million ($9.7 million).

ADVEO’s new premises will, according to the company, be equipped with “avant-garde infrastructures and technology”, allowing the company to adapt more efficiently to the business evolution. It also claims it will help to “reduce costs and improve the quality of services to customers.”
