The company has acquired Brady Business Systems, an independent office solutions and document management dealer.
According to IndustryAnalysts, Visual Edge Technology has added another company to its growing roster: Brady Business Systems, which “provides sales and service of Kyocera multifunction products, managed print services, full line of document software, and IT/MNS solutions.”
This acquisition will give Visual Edge access to 3 locations located against central and southern Michigan.
Danny Brady, President of Brady Business Systems, commented, “In a rapidly growing dealer community, it is extremely important for us to operate from a stronger competitive position, while remaining an independent business, within the Visual Edge Office Technologies family.”
Mr Brady and his senior management team will remain in their current positions after the acquisition.
