Continuing to expand their brand within the hockey community, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd. has announced a four year partnership with Hockey Canada naming Konica Minolta as a Proud Business Supporter of Hockey Canada.

The companies will work together to promote Canada’s game and to lead, develop, and promote positive hockey experiences. Through this strategic partnership, Konica Minolta gains the benefit of key promotional rights in the business equipment category.

“Konica Minolta has a history of supporting athletes and athletic associations around the world. Therefore, it’s fitting that we have signed on to support the sole governing body for amateur hockey in Canada,” says Chris Dewart, President and CEO, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd. “We are proud to be associated with Hockey Canada for many reasons including our shared values of honesty, integrity, determination, and the pursuit of excellence,” he adds.

Through this new partnership Konica Minolta will play an important role in the operational success of world class events hosted by Hockey Canada through their best-in-class service and equipment including the 2019 World Junior Championship in Vancouver and Victoria.  In addition, Konica Monica will support the day-to-day operations of Hockey Canada’s administrative offices in Calgary, Ottawa and Toronto.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome Konica Minolta to the Hockey Canada team of proud partners who support the development and growth of Canada’s game from the grassroots level through to our national teams,” said Mike Ross, Chief Business Development Officer, Hockey Canada. “We look forward to working together and adding to the expert resources our events and teams need to be successful, thanks to Konica Minolta’s investment in our programs.”
