In order to integrate staff from three of its acquired companies, Konica Minolta Marketing Services is restructuring its senior management.

According to PrintWeek, Konica Minolta acquired Charterhouse Print Management in 2012, Ergo Asia in June 2014 and Bristol-based Indicia in 2015. From March last year, this “collective entity” underwent a rebranding process to become Konica Minolta Marketing Services, and the company is now restructuring its senior management to include teams from all three acquisitions.

This reshuffle reflects “a global outlook”, instead of being region-specific, and sees the new team being helmed by Yves Rogivue, a former EMEA Chief Executive who now assumes the role of Global Chief Executive.

Indicia’s founder Ian Stockley is assuming the mantle of Global Chief Strategy Officer, while Yoshiko Ito, APAC Chief Executive, will now become Global Chief Operating Officer.

“Our new structure, processes and technology platforms will increase further the efficiency of our print management, procurement and multi-channel delivery services,” said Rogivue.

“We will provide an increased speed to market and improved effectiveness of marketing budgets, with our data and planning services creating the insight to activate marketing solutions that drive performance and increase return on investment.

“For a global offering like KMMS, forming a team to manage our international scale and our global proposition makes sense.”

Rogivue, who will be based in the company’s head office in London, has already set his sights on offering KMMS’s full suite of services to such well-known brands as Nestle, Nissan and Heineken.

He explained that veteran employees from Charterhouse remain a crucial ingredient in the company’s success.

“Charterhouse delivers the foundation of the new proposition with its heritage of print management,” said Rogivue. “The Charterhouse business also brings its fast-growing retail solutions service as it expands into multi-channel management.

“The more recently formed creative production service offering, which originated in Charterhouse, is proving a hugely valuable service to clients.”

Other examples of reshuffling in KMMS’ senior management team include Anne Stag being appointed Indicia Managing Director and KMMS Global Chief Client Officer, Andy Faulkner becoming new Director for Creative Production Services, and Tim Smith taking on the role of Head of Retail.

In addition, Tim Lane has been appointed Global Sales Director, Harris Atkins was named Chief Executive for North America and Indicia’s Managing Partner, Matt Wright, is now Director of Agency.
