THS expands after Parsia acquisition

Team Hell & Schulte (THS) has acquired the operating business of British partner company Parsia International.

The acquisition, which took place at the beginning of this month, is through Parsia Managed Supplies Services (MSS), a newly-established THS subsidiary, reports Digital Imaging. All of Parsia’s employees have been retained.

“With our involvement in the strong THS Group, we are excellently positioned to offer our customers a much broader portfolio than before,” declared Glen Constable, Parsia’s Managing Director. “That’s true for software solutions as well as OEM and alternative supplies.”

As part of the takeover, Parsia’s warehouse is being “significantly increased” and its internal processes are being aligned with those of its parent company. According to Digital Imaging, “the goal is complete IT connectivity with a consistently uniform workflow and the use of proven logistics processes in Hemer.”

“Due to the customer structure at Parsia MSS, we see a very good perspective to further expand our business and also to occupy further topics in England,” said Christian Schulte, Managing Director of THS, with one eye on the future. His optimism was echoed by Simone Schroers, MD of THS offshoot MHS.

“We will bring our proven MPS concept to the UK and also provide our support for the fleet management solution directly from Hemer,” added Schroers.
