The OEM has announced the arrival of some fresh faces, in the form of a new President and COO, and new channel partners.

Xerox has announced some new changes at the company this week, including the appointment of Steve Bandrowczak as president and chief operations officer, and a member of the company’s Executive Committee, effective 25 June 2018.

Bandrowczak will be responsible for developing and executing a global operations strategy in the company’s business support functions, including product and service delivery, customer billing, information technology, global procurement and real estate.

“Steve brings a track record of growing businesses and enhancing competitiveness through a combination of innovation, technology and operational rigor,” said John Visentin, Xerox Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “His breadth of experience across the product and service delivery chain will be essential to generating value for our shareholders and building more effective and efficient ways to serve our customers.”

Bandrowczak joins Xerox from Alight Solutions, where he was the chief operating officer and chief information officer, responsible for the company’s global supply chain, shared services, product development, transformation office, accounts payable, I/T strategy and operations, enterprise risk management and real estate.

Prior to his experience at Alight Solutions, Bandrowczak was the president of Telecommunication Media and Technology at Sutherland Global Services. He previously served as the senior vice president for Global Business Services at Hewlett-Packard Enterprises, where he transformed its 16,000-employee shared service organisation into a highly efficient operation with a focus on automation, business intelligence and labour optimisation.

“Xerox is an iconic brand with a legacy of innovative technologies,” said Bandrowczak. “Joining the company at this time affords me the opportunity to help shape the next iteration of a global leader.”

During his career, Bandrowczak has held senior leadership positions for various multi-billion-dollar global companies, including Avaya, Nortel, Lenovo, DHL and Avnet.

Bandrowczak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Long Island University, New York.

This week Xerox also revealed the addition of two new multi-brand dealers to its ever-expanding channel partner program.

“Our partners come in all shapes and sizes – with different product and service specialties, customer targets and routes to market. Regardless, they’re joining forces with Xerox for the same reasons – our technology and partner support,” said James Morrissey, Vice President, U.S. Channels Unit, Xerox.

With headquarters in Las Vegas, AIS provides managed IT services, document management and office equipment to businesses in Nevada and California.

With an accelerated growth path, AIS needed a partner with a brand that embodied a complete top-to-bottom offering and matched their core values and culture.

“We consider ourselves to be a technology company – we’re more than just office equipment,” said Gary Harouff, President, AIS. “We’re moving into new spaces such as production print and app development and want to increase our larger-size customer base. Xerox is the ideal partner to support our growth.”

Boise, Idaho-based Allied Business Solutions will now add Xerox products and services to its multi-brand arsenal including document management solutions, managed print services, and office and mailing equipment.

“Xerox’s training program and the onboarding process that we experienced was extremely impressive,” said Tom Beeles, President and CEO, Allied Business Solutions. “With the additional resources from Xerox, we feel even more equipped to customise and implement industry-specific workflows for clients – already one of the fastest-growing areas of our business.”
