AYOH shakes up the MPS status quo

The South African company has revealed that it is “back disrupting the status quo” and helping businesses with unmanaged printers save costs without any expenditure.

AYOH has released a short video which illustrates the issues businesses can face through having one centralised MFP and numerous unmanaged desktop printers; these problems include no central technical or consumables management, no SLA, and a burden placed on your IT department and supply chain.

The video goes on to outline the services it can offer, with AYOH South Africa avowing that its desktop managed print services can save businesses between 20 and 40 percent.

AYOH says it can “disrupt your status quo” and sign an “all-inclusive, managed HP SLA with genuine HP parts and supplies”. As a result, businesses will regain control of their print environment and have their print fleet refreshed, placed on the network, and managed.

According to AYOH, its desktop MPS services can increase productivity, as well as reducing wastage and environmental impact.
