The company has taken a “flashback” to one of its very first tech tip videos, teaching consumers how to replace a hard drive in an HP printer.
In July this year, Laser Pros International kickstarted a series of new tech tip videos as part of its Laser Pros Educational Series. These short videos are designed to help viewers repair their machine and are hosted by Ebben Joslin, the company’s HP-Accredited Platform Specialist.
In the flashback video, one of the first posted by Laser Pros, Joslin takes viewers through the step-by-step process of replacing the hard drive in an HP FutureSmart Printer and address a 99.xx.xx error code.
Other videos posted by Laser Pros in its Educational Series include a guide to replacing an HP Colour LaserJet fusing assembly.
