Synnex Australia forms Simble collaboration

Synnex Australia and Simble announced a partnership earlier this year in an effort to bring Internet of Things (IoT) to the Australian channel.

“We are thrilled to be working with Simble to enhance our IoT portfolio and enable the growth potential of our partners”, said Andy Kuek, Synnex Australia Product Director – Product Management and Marketing Division.

Fadi Geha, CEO of Simble added, “There is a strong appetite from Synnex’s reseller network to tap into the IoT boom and early demand has been encouraging. Our technology is designed for resellers wanting to stay ahead of the curve and looking for new ways to engage their clients. We are delighted that the largest IT solutions aggregator company in the Asia Pacific region chose to market and distribute our highly scalable IoT analytics platform”.

Simble has developed a real-time energy visualisation technology platform that is underpinned by IoT – The Simble Energy Platform. This is an IoT analytics solution that captures energy data streams from smart maters and transform them into analytics in real-time through the cloud.

IoT analytics allows companies to make sense of data and generate meaningful insights. Business owners can visualise, understand and control energy consumption and once patterns are identified, the IoT capability enables users to automate and control devices remotely.

The Simble Energy Platform is typically sold as a value-added service, bundled into other offerings and resellers are now lining up to tap into this exponential growth market through this partnership, as both Synnex and Simble stay one step ahead of the competition.

In the future, Simble’s IoT products are expected to offer forecasting tools, smart algorithms to identify sustainability projects and collectively manage and resell surplus capacity from renewable energy back to the grid.
