ECi honoured for workplace culture

ECi Software Solutions has received six awards recognising its workplace culture and corporate successes as it enables small and medium businesses to grow and expand through its cloud ERP solutions.

Those awards include: being named to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America for the third year in a row; a Gold Stevie in the 2018 International Business Awards honouring Andrew Pryor, senior vice president of human resources at ECi, for his outstanding work fostering the company’s positive workplace culture; a Bronze Stevie for ECi’s Everyday Hero Award program; two Silver Stevie awards for its Spruce and LotVue product lines; and a place on the Fort Worth Business Press Top 100 Privately Held Companies list.

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in America Award recognises the top 50 employers in North America that make engagement, alignment and recognition central to the employee experience.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, ECi employs more than 950 people worldwide, many of whom have been added to the company through mergers and acquisitions. Throughout that process, ECi says it has maintained a consistent, supportive culture, implementing internal recognition programs, reinvesting in employee benefits and maintaining an 88 percent favourable rating from its employees.

In recognition of his work in achieving these goals, Andrew Pryor, ECi’s senior Vice President of Human Resources, has been awarded a Gold Stevie in the 2018 International Business Awards for Human Resources Executive of the Year. ECi has also been recognised as winner of the 2018 Award of Excellence Communicator Award, 2018 Gold Winner of an AVA Digital Award and 2018 Gold Winner of a Hermes Creative Award.

One of ECi’s core values, the company explains, is to embrace community—which means not only helping co-workers, but also helping those in ECi’s local communities and encouraging customers to do the same. In addition to its workplace awards, ECi has earned a Bronze Stevie award in the Motivational category for its Everyday Hero customer awards program, which recognises outstanding community service among the company’s customer base.

In addition to its culture, ECi has also earned recognition for its employees’ hard work. ECi has been named to the Fort Worth Business Press Top 100 Privately Held Companies list, which honours the top companies in the greater Fort Worth area by revenue, as well as earning a spot as the Top Software Solution company on that same list.

ECi also earned Silver Stevie awards for Best New Product or Service of the Year—Cloud ERP Solution for both its Spruce and LotVue solutions, which help building and construction small businesses operate more effectively and efficiently.

“The greater the workplace, the greater our ability is to dig deep into the verticals we serve and enable our customers to grow their businesses,” said Ron Books, CEO of ECi. “Our employees’ dedication has made ECi the success that it is, and we’re proud that they’re earning the recognition they deserve.”
