SDS Cloud Manager allows HP Partners to activate the new managed print SaaS solution with full access to HP Smart Device Services, including a free version for up to 50 devices
SDS Cloud Manager for HP Smart Device Services is now available to the HP Partners print ecosystem worldwide.
Throughout the past 20 years EET Europarts has supplied printer spare parts in Europe and is a distributor of HP Inc. spare parts. In cooperation with MPS Monitor, EET Europarts will bring a new, self-consistent SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution to the market, allowing users to access all the functions of the HP SDS platform instantly and easily.
It is specifically designed for HP Partners who wish to leverage all the financial and operating advantages offered by HP Smart Device Services (SDS).
The SDS Cloud Manager is the turnkey solution to provide HP SDS services directly to customers. Partners will have exclusive access to the SaaS features provided by HP through a dedicated Portal with cost-effective subscriptions that are extremely quick and easy to activate. Utilising SDS SaaS features is simple and straightforward, and does not require specific skills or training.
SDS Cloud Manager, the company explained, offers proactive device monitoring and remote diagnosis. This means problems are discovered long before the customer calls to report a hardware issue, thus reducing machine downtime and repeat interventions for the same problem. In addition, if an intervention requires parts replacement, SDS Cloud Manager identifies in real time the needed parts and their availability, thus reducing procurement times.
