New trolley for big apparatus

A new product, highlighted in a video on LinkedIn, could help alleviate issues with transporting large printers and other machinery.

The M3 Stairwalker, from Mitchell Industrial Dolly Innovations, has ten wheels on one axle, with the five pneumatic tyres each side arranged in a star-shaped formation.

This allows the user to pull it up and down steps without having to lift the entire trolley, as the wheel design allows it to roll seamlessly up the flight; or, as the video describes it on LinkedIn, it will help you “ergonomically haul big stuff up the stairs.”

The contraption is capable of carrying up to 500 pounds in weight at a time, which could prove helpful for any company engaged in attempting to relocate large printing machinery.

There is also a suggested health benefit, with the Stairwalker’s design helping to “maintain the spine’s natural s-curve.”
