Xerox India unveils new MFPs

The OEM’s Indian division has released a new range of multifunction printers aimed at Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs).

CRN reports that the B1022/B1025 series of MFPs are “affordable, black-and-white, all-in-one devices” that offer a combination of functions including duplex copying, printing, colour scanning, and fax. The series allow users to use paper sizes up to Tabloid/A3 “quickly and cost-effectively.”

The printers also boast functions such as scan to email, and scan-to and print-from a USB flash drive, and its wireless connectivity options allows users to print from mobile devices. Other features include a colour touchscreen interface, and the Xerox Embedded Web Server, which allows users to make changes and monitor machine status remotely, using an internet browser. There is also a range of security features, such as the secure print option, which will hold a job until a passcode is entered.

The result has been a significant increase in market share across the key segments in our portfolio.”
