Franking machine cartridge remanufacturer, Totalpost Mailing Ltd, has announced this week that it has been awarded an ISO certification.

Totalpost has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The highest level of ISO accreditation available, Totalpost explains that the company completed the rigorous accreditation process completely independently.

Led by Production Director and QA Manager Bruce Lenton, along with Dean Johnson of IT Support, the task of achieving the accreditation touched every part of the business and involved ensuring quality management, continued improvement and risk assessing all business processes.

Achieving this level of accreditation was essential for Totalpost, the company explains, because as a remanufacturer it is a standard which many of their customers demand and expect.

Speaking about the process Bruce Lenton says, “The whole team pulled together to ensure we met all aspects of the standard. It was a thorough and challenging process to go through but essential in being able to show our customers that our standards and processes are up to date”.

The final part of the accreditation process was a physical ISO 9001:2015 audit by a certifying agency. Totalpost successfully completed all aspects of the audit and is fully certified to continue to remanufacture franker machine cartridges, service and maintain mailing equipment and x-ray security equipment and provide digital mailing services and design services.

Chairman of Totalpost, David Hymers says, “Completing the certification independently is a testament to the fantastic team that we have here at Totalpost. I am delighted that we now have the accreditation to back up the hard work of the team.”
