Zygoquest Group’s Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski have revealed that they served as advisors to Automated Copy Systems regarding the sale of its assets to Hilyard’s Business Solutions.
Hilyard’s, which is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, specialises in the sale of copiers and MFPs, voice solutions, document management solutions and computer network support. The company is also a fully authorised dealer for a number of OEMs, including Sharp, Canon and Xerox.
Hilyard’s has purchased the assets of Maryland-based Automated Copy Systems, which was owned by Joseph and Barbara Sabo. ACS served as an authorised Canon dealer, and had been in business since 1995.
