The office solutions provider has announced Rose Grande as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.

Grande joins the group’s executive team in order to support the development of its “rapidly growing” workforce, as the company continues to expand its staff in order to meet operational, sales, and customer service demands.

Grande starts in the newly-established position after almost two decades in human resources and employee relations, with a range of companies, including American Traffic Solutions, StandardAero, Landmark Aviation, and General Electric. She boasts a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Queens College, as well as a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisation Psychology from City University of New York’s Brooklyn College.

“Rose has an exceptional track record of aligning HR with the business goals and providing leadership for our employees to achieve career success,” said Flex Technology Group’s President, Tom Callinan, who called her “an excellent addition to our executive management team.”

“In the last year, we have more than doubled our employee base to nearly 1,000 team members and our revenues have increased 150 percent,” Callinan continued. “Rose will be instrumental in helping us carry out our mission to attract, retain and develop the highest-quality employees.”
