The office equipment dealer has completed the takeover of Colorado’s Unilink Inc., it has been announced.

Headquartered in Silt, Unilink was founded by Sandy Hall and John Linney in 1988, and is an authorised Ricoh and Canon dealer, providing its customers with business solutions. It boasts office locations in Silt, Minturn, and Grand Junction, and has served customers “throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and entire Western Slope of Colorado” for the last three decades.

Unilink’s new parent company, ImageNet, is based in Oklahoma City, and describes itself as “an industry leader in providing world class network connected document management products, professional services, and software solutions.” It operates throughout Oklahoma state, as well as across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Missouri, and Florida.

It is the second acquisition for ImageNet in as many months, following its October purchase of Saint Louis-based equipment and services dealer Progressive Business Equipment.

As with that acquisition, the takeover of Unilink was aided by Zygoquest Group’s Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski. The Group specialises in advising businesses relating to mergers and acquisitions.

The terms of the transaction are confidential.
