The chip manufacturer has released replacement chips for use with Canon GPR-58/C-EXV-55 series cartridges.

In 2018, Canon launched award-winning second edition portfolio of third generation imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices for secure, cloud-based document solutions. This series of copiers focuses on humanisation operation, high-quality output, safety and reliability. It brings delicate and reliable printing experience to business users.

Used with Canon V2 technology, small lines can be wonderfully presented. The new copiers also employ Canon’s new CS (PQ toner before), which the company claims will produce sharp, vivid and dense images with a smooth finish.

The latest replacement chips launched by Apex are ASIC design chips for use in Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5535/C5540/C5550/C5560, Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5535i II/ C5540i II/C5550i II/C5560i II, Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4525i II/ 4535i II/ 4545i II/4551i II, Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C356iF II/C256iF II and Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C256i II/ C356i II/C356P II machines. The replacement chips come regionalised and with various page yields.

Apex says the company’s ASIC design chips are “with consistent performance” and “easy to install in recycled cartridges”.
