SMBs look to print-focused future

A new infographic from Quocirca has revealed the views of SMBs on the future of print, amongst other issues.

According to the infographic, the top three business priorities for SMBs going forwards are improving business efficiency (72 percent of respondents), improving employee productivity (71 percent) and increase revenue (70 percent.)

In 2017, 76 percent of SMBs survey said they still relied on print, with only a small drop in that figure projected – 66 percent saying they will still be print-reliant come 2025.

Industry Analysts adds that the top print management challenges for SMBs are enchancing security, improving the efficiency of business processes, and reducing the cost of consumables (with 53, 52, and 52 percent respectively.)

Quocirca also reveals that although 64 percent of businesses surveyed believe innovation is “very important to future success”, only 31 percent believe their organisations are “well prepared for digital disruption.”

The statistics are drawn from Quocirca’s Global Print 2025 Market Insight Report, which is available here.
