ECi Software Solutions has announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year.
These results are based on extensive ratings provided by employees via anonymous surveys that are administered by Great Place to Work’s team of independent analysts.
According to the survey results, ECi employees feel valued and comfortable: 89 percent reported that their co-workers cared about them, 86 percent felt they could be themselves at work, and 88 percent said ECi makes new hires feel welcome. Overall, 86 percent of employees completed the survey.

This latest ranking as a Great Place to Work follows in the footsteps of the 6 awards it received last year for its workplace culture – among its accolades in 2018, ECi was recognised as winner of the 2018 Award of Excellence Communicator Award, 2018 Gold Winner of an AVA Digital Award and 2018 Gold Winner of a Hermes Creative Award. Pryor also claimed his own award, winning a Gold Stevie in the 2018 International Business Awards for Human Resources Executive of the Year.
