As well as revealing director candidates to be proposed at a June 2019 shareholder meeting, the OEM has also announced its latest executive changes.
Konica Minolta has unveiled its candidates for Directors, which will be proposed at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2019.
Among the new proposed appointments is Outside Director Sakie T. Fukushima (President and Representative Director of G&S Global Advisors, Inc.), DirectorHiroyuki Suzuki, and Director Masafumi Uchida (Senior Executive Officer).
Three Directors will be retiring at the meeting in June; they are Hiroshi Tomono (currently serving as Outside Director), Ken Shiomi and Kunihiro Koshizuka. Meanwhile, Shingo Asai is retiring from his post as Senior Executive Officer from 31 March 2019.
Konica Minolta has also announced some executive changes, effective from 1 April 2019.
There are two new appointments being made: Keiji Okamoto and Yoshihiko Hirota will both be appointed as Executive Officers. Meanwhile, Kunihiro Koshizuka (Senior Executive Officer) and Hiroyuki Suzuki will be retiring as Executive Officers, during the June 2019 meeting.
Four new Group Executive appointments have also been announced by the OEM: Hiroshi Okazaki, Kazuhiro Kobayashi, Takenori Takayama and Norihisa Takayama.
