The OEM’s Australia and New Zealand division has said farewell to Managing Director David Finn, and welcomed Ryosuke Okochi as his replacement.

According to CRN, Finn resigned earlier in April, bringing an end to a 22-year association with the company.

His successor, Ryosuke Okochi, is promoted from his previous role of Process Improvement Manager, which he has held since 2017. He will be tasked with leading a restructuring effort to shift the OEM’s focus from manufacturing to services.

Before joining Kyocera ANZ, Okochi worked with Kyocera in the USA and Japan. He said he was looking forward to “continuing the momentum of change at Kyocera Document Solutions, with a continued focus on long-term success as we work to accelerate growth through the continued execution of key initiatives in print solutions.”

The new Managing Director added: “We must transform from being a product focused manufacturer to a solution advisor to a customer focused advisor while also changing our own awareness of our business and services.”
