Zygoquest Group advised Power On Technologies, a combo office equipment dealer and IT-MSP on sale to Network Computing Solutions.

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Power On Technologies, Inc. and its owner Patrick Searcy on the sale of assets to Network Computing Solutions, LLC. 

Power On Technologies, Inc., founded in 1993 and located in Kansas City, Missouri, was owned and operated by Patrick Searcy.  Power On Technologies was a fully authorised Copystar (Kyocera) dealer which sold and serviced copiers, printers, multifunctional products and document management software solutions.  Starting out as an office equipment dealer, Power On Technologies was an early adopter in its industry for providing its customers with IT Managed Services and other IT ala carte services such as network, computer and server support, cloud backup services and VoIP equipment and services. 

Network Computing Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Topeka, Kansas with offices in Leavenworth and Kansas City Missouri, is owned and operated by Derrick Weigel.  Network Computing Solutions has been a trusted IT partner and solution provider for clients across the state of Kansas and customers internationally.  Network Computing provides small to mid-sized businesses comprehensive and business-critical IT management and technology services including Managed Services, Cloud Services and Voice Solutions that manage and protect client IT systems.  Network Computing Solutions also provides IT consulting, helpdesk, security and hosting services, along with IT hardware/software procurement and network and infrastructure design.  NCS is also an authorised Copystar dealership.  The combined companies will support over 700 customers and 4,000 managed network devices.
