With “Paperworld Office Village”,  Paperworld says it offers a new concept for exhibitors from the office world.

Paperworld 2020, featuring the Remanexpo product group in Hall 6.1, held 25 to 28 January 2020, will debut another new feature, the “Paperworld Office Village” for brand manufacturers which will be located in Hall 3.0.

In a purpose-built area, companies have the opportunity to present themselves in a high-quality environment. The brand name companies Edding International GmbH, HAN Bürogeräte GmbH & Co. KG, Pelikan Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH and Tesa SE are already on board.

The “Paperworld Office Village” is a whole new concept that will be implemented for the first time from 25 to 28 January 2020. In addition to the exhibitor booths, the area in Hall 3.0 will offer an info point, lounges, and meeting rooms for networking as well as a catering area.

“We created this concept to provide manufacturers with an attractive presentation platform at the heart of the Paperworld office area. What makes the Paperworld Office Village so special are the fully equipped booths. This service makes participation even more convenient for the exhibitor,” says Michael Reichhold, Director Paperworld.

The concept has met with a positive response from the industry, as brand name companies Edding International GmbH, HAN Bürogeräte GmbH & Co. KG, Pelikan Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH and Tesa SE have already signed up for floor space in the “Paperworld Office Village”.

“We look forward to the fair’s new Office Village concept. A ready-to-go area, which we and other manufacturers can also use, minimises costs and focuses us even more on direct exchanges with our customers. A perfect space for networking,” said Matthias Schumacher, Director of International Sales, Tesa SE.

Jens Magdanz, Marketing and Sales Manager of HAN Bürogeräte GmbH & Co. KG. is also an enthusiastic supporter of the new concept, and said: “We highly welcome this new show format, and would be delighted if it was well received by customers in the Paperworld Office Village. From where we stand, the Village is very well placed to make an important contribution to Paperworld. We look forward to a successful 2020 exhibition season in Frankfurt”.

Personal contact to customers is also important for Torsten Jahn, Managing Director of Pelikan Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. As he said, “Paperworld remains an important forum for engaging in dialogue with business partners from all over the world. The Paperworld Office Village offers us an invaluable opportunity to present our latest innovations in a small space, and to offer our guests an attractive meeting place in the centre of Paperworld at the same time”.

2019’s edition of Paperworld and Remanexpo saw over 33,000 visitors pass through the doors of Germany’s Messe Frankfurt, from 143 different countries worldwide. Of these, 94 percent reported that they were “satisfied or very satisfied” with their decision to attend Europe’s premier stationery and office imaging trade show.
