Cartridge World in Australia has added a new mobile franchisee operation to its portfolio to service B2B customers in the Brisbane suburb of North Lakes.

Cartridge World, one of Australia’s dedicated specialty retailers of ink and toner printer cartridges, has launched a mobile franchisee operation in the Brisbane suburb of North Lakes enabling the company to service the area’s SME businesses with a more personalised experience.

The franchise is owned by Steve Spink, a former Cartridge World sales manager. Spink sees increasing interest from local business owners for a more hands-on approach to consulting, delivery, consumable replenishment and ongoing advisory services when it comes to workplace printer device operations.

“Across today’s business landscape, decision makers and purchasing officers have become extremely adept at using technology to research, transact and communicate,” said Spink. “However, customer relationships are paramount in any business. Unless operating purely as an internet-based business, Australian businesses have and need to reinforce direct, person-to-person relationships with their customers,” he added.

Spink explained: “Ultimately, our new mobile franchisee operation will turn service on its head by starting with delivering an exceptional customer experience and then applying a personalised technology solution and set of services best suited to an individual customer’s requirements. Ultimately, this type of relationship will generate valuable information that can be used to improve understanding of individual customer behaviour and buying intentions.”

The mobile franchisee operation will see Spink support B2B organisations in the North Lakes area with the full range of Cartridge World printers and consumables normally stocked in a typical bricks and mortar franchisee. Customers will also have the benefit of seamless access to Cartridge World’s major warehouse operations in the Brisbane region for rapid delivery of stock to fulfil their requirements.

Ongoing support will also feature in the mobile franchisee operation in a strategy designed to assist customers with assistance at their own moment of need.

Spink said: “Our franchisee business operation has been designed to guarantee fantastic customer support. After all, business is all about the relationships and B2B organisations want partners that are always there to help with advice and feedback, and to point them in the right direction.”
