The company has been recognised with The Des Moines Register’s 2019 top workplace award.
For the fourth time, Marco has been awarded a Top Workplaces honour by The Des Moines Register. Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specialises in organisational health and workplace improvement.
Marco currently has employees stationed across Iowa in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Fort Dodge, Mason City, Quad Cities, Sioux City and Waterloo. The Des Moines sales team accepted the award and was recognised during the Top Workplaces Awards Luncheon at the Ron Pearson Centre in West Des Moines, Iowa on 12 September.
