Writing on LinkedIn Phil Holmes announce the sale of his Officetech Supplies business to Leeds based D3 Office Group.

Holmes started Officetech in 2006 after spending seven years as UK Director Print-Rite. On LinkedIn he said: “After more than thirteen years at Officetech, providing Office Supplies and other Office Services to our many lovely customers, I have decided to sell the business to Yorkshire based company D3 Office Group Ltd effective 1 October 2019, resulting in me moving on to new opportunities.

“Having started Officetech in 2006 from my dining room, this is a huge moment for me, and naturally I have mixed feelings. But there is no question this is the right thing to do and it’s the right time to do it.

“To all my customers, thank you so much for your business and support over the years, it is so much appreciated and without you all it would have all been for nothing. But rest assured you are in very good hands going forward. I will be getting on with new things, including more time to finally getting my handicap down to something more respectable! Have a great day everyone.”

D3 Office Group operates from bases in Hull and Leeds and, according to their website, is one of the largest suppliers of office equipment, office furniture, workwear and print in the North of England.
